1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which R.M. Services provides cleaning and property care services.

By requesting a quotation, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

We have designed these terms to ensure clarity, fairness, and professional service delivery for both the client and service provider.

2. Services Provided

R.M. Services offers professional Cleaning & Property Care services including, but not limited to:

  • Standard maintenance cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • End-of-tenancy cleaning

  • Vacant property preparation

  • Short-let / turnover cleaning

  • Optional add-on services such as oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, internal windows, and appliance detailing.

Service scope is defined within the agreed quotation.

3. Quotations

All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry, including:

  • Property size and layout

  • Property condition

  • Required services

  • Access arrangements

If property conditions differ significantly from those described, adjustments to the service scope, time allocation, or pricing may be required.

Any adjustments will be discussed before proceeding.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once a service date and quotation have been agreed between the client and R.M. Services.

Availability is subject to scheduling and operational capacity.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

5. Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Where keys, entry codes, or instructions are required, these must be provided in advance to avoid delays.

R.M. Services cannot be held responsible for delays caused by restricted or unavailable access.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment may be required:

  • On completion of service, or

  • This must be completed within the timeframe specified in the quotation or invoice.

Failure to make payment within the agreed terms may result in additional administrative follow-up or refusal of future services.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible.

Late cancellations may affect scheduling availability and incur a cancellation charge where significant time has been reserved.

8. Service Limitations

Cleaning results may be affected by pre-existing conditions such as:

  • Permanent staining

  • Surface damage or deterioration

  • Heavy neglect or build-up

  • Structural or material defects

Cleaning services restore cleanliness but cannot repair damaged surfaces or remove permanent marks.

Additional specialist services may be required in such cases.

9. Health & Safety

For safety reasons, R.M. Services reserves the right to refuse or suspend services where working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Examples may include:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Biohazard contamination

  • Unsafe environments

  • Excessive waste accumulation

Specialist services may be required for such conditions.

10. Liability

R.M. Services will exercise reasonable care and professional standards in the delivery of service.

However, the business cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Wear and tear on surfaces or materials

  • Outcomes affected by property condition beyond the cleaning scope

Any concerns should be communicated promptly following service completion.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information provided during enquiries or bookings will be handled responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client information is used solely for communication, booking management, and service delivery.

12. Changes to Terms

R.M. Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary to reflect operational or legal changes.
